Enagagement Photography / Morris Avenue / Callie and Jeff

FILED IN: Couples

We had Callie and Jeff’s engagement session in January. At the time, I thought it would’ve been nice to wait until it was warmer, like April, but now I’m certainly glad we didn’t put it off.  The sun was shining and it was absolutely beautiful! We met on Morris Avenue and they had the best, playful attitudes. Callie had a wonderful scarf, which doubled as a small blanket. And if there’s one good thing about shooting in cold weather-it encourages couples to get close! Morris Avenue is a great location for engagement photography. It’s a rather long street with little traffic and many possibilities. As you can see, we walked to the Color Wall mural that runs parallel to Morris for a splash of color that January portraits long for. And then we ventured up the ramp to the bridge overlooking the city. It was a wonderful afternoon for portraits despite the temperature. I am anticipating just as much love and many intimate moments captured of these two on their upcoming wedding day. Don’t forget to visit the site again at the end of 2020 to see photos from Callie and Jeff’s wedding on the blog.
