I photograph people. My niche doesn’t get any narrower than that. I’ve read in multiple articles and heard in photography centered podcasts that if I become more focused on one particular genre of photography, such as family portraits or corporate head shots for example, my business would benefit from the decision; but I just can’t. I love what I do, which is photograph families; individuals; and couples, including weddings. I can’t imagine eliminating any one of these genres! I’m happy to claim “Birmingham Senior Photographer” as one of my titles.

Some of the seniors I photograph are preparing to finish high school and others are completing college degrees. I love being asked to commemorate this awesome goal!
For those of you interested, there are one and two-hour portrait sessions, and each session has options that come with a specific number of files. The two-hour session includes two locations and up to two clothing changes. The one-hour session is photographed in one location and does not include a clothing change, but seniors are welcome to bring their cap and gown to add on at some point in the portrait session.

I photograph in many different settings, some natural and some more urban. Some of the locations in these photos: Birmingham Botanical Gardens, Avondale Park, and Moss Rock Preserve, just to name a few.

A studio space may be rented if you’re interested in indoor photos. Sometimes this Alabama heat is just too much!

If you are the parent of a senior, or if you are a senior yourself, I hope you’ll reach out for a quote for portrait photography. You may contact me here. I’d be honored to be your Birmingham senior photographer! And congratulations! It’s quite an achievement!
